As an IT Systems Engineer at ICON, you will contribute to our client services function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering software development and engineering work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary contact for user IT issues, addressing calls and emails.
• Analyze and resolve technical and operational problems while maintaining work logs in CRM tools and document all calls.
• Provide timely assistance to internal users and promote high customer service standards.
• Take ownership of user issues and ensure fast resolution.
• Support administrative computer-based applications.
• Develop solutions for recurring issues and contribute to the Knowledge bank.
• Supply statistical data for weekly Service Desk reports.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant software development and engineering experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience in client services and operations or a related area
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
