As an IT Systems Engineer at ICON, you will contribute to our client services function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering software development and engineering work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary contact for user IT issues, addressing calls and emails.
- Analyze and resolve technical and operational problems while maintaining work logs in CRM tools and document all calls.
- Provide timely assistance to internal users and promote high customer service standards.
- Take ownership of user issues and ensure fast resolution.
- Support administrative computer-based applications.
- Develop solutions for recurring issues and contribute to the Knowledge bank.
- Supply statistical data for weekly Service Desk reports.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant software development and engineering experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in client services and operations or a related area
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
