Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You engage deeply with client requirements, interpreting their needs to design and implement technology and business strategies that align with their goals. Your role includes leading conversations around transformation initiatives, enhancing the customer experience, and shaping functional and application designs to ensure that the solutions delivered accurately reflect business objectives. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to your daily activities as you help bridge the gap between business needs and technological capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration efforts by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless system connectivity and data flow.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous improvement and skill development.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact delivery timelines or quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs and web services for system integration.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation within ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
