Location: Staunton, VA - In-Office

This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (applicant tracking system, job boards, social media, employee referrals)
• Create recruitment marketing materials by developing job postings, social media content, and other recruitment marketing materials
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
• Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data within applicant tracking system
• Support the HR, hiring, and recruitment team with administrative tasks
• Participate in internal and external training programs to develop recruitment skills
• Attend and support networking events such as job fairs to build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals

Your Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $23.65 to $37.68 in VA. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
