Ledcor is looking for Pipefitter Forepersons to join our team supporting major shutdowns and turnarounds across Alberta’s industrial facilities.

Essential Responsibilities:
Execute shutdown and turnaround piping scopes, including maintenance, repairs, replacements, and system tie-ins
Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Journeyperson and Apprentice Pipefitters
Forecast, coordinate, and oversee preventative maintenance requirements
Ensure the safety of the crew, equipment, and work environment
Adapting to changing priorities in a time-sensitive environment
Daily paperwork and conduct daily toolbox talks
Maintain high productivity and quality during extended shifts and compressed timelines
Maintain and update maintenance schedules, tracking systems, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective planning
Coordinate and communicates with the other Foreman and Supervision to ensure the correct sequencing of operations
Trains, supports, and offers guidance to new employees
Inspects work fronts regularly and ensures schedules are followed
Qualifications:
Registered Journeyperson Pipefitter certification
3-5 years previous experience in a foreman role
Proven experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage maintenance in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments
Strong ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and P&IDs
Experience working on time-sensitive, schedule-driven projects with shifting priorities
Ability to work 10–12+ hour shifts, overtime, and consecutive days during shutdowns
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and procedural compliance
Working Conditions:
