About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr Outreach Manager, New Stores and Remodels to join our Business Outreach team. This role helps equip new store and remodel teams to build local partnerships, attract community participation, and deliver welcoming, on-the-brand experiences before, during, and after each milestone. This person will coordinate with field leadership, store teams, and Headquarters partners to turn local market opportunities into clear outreach plans and successful events to support new store openings and remodels. The ideal candidate is motivated working independently, and highly effective at building relationships in local communities and has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a remote role with some travel, and reports directly to the Sr Director of Business Outreach.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute local outreach plans for new store openings and remodels, from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers to source, evaluate, and activate local business leads that support store traffic, customer acquisition, rental volume, and revenue growth.
  • Own the planning and execution of monthly outreach events in new store and remodel locations, ensuring each event is aligned to local market opportunities and designed to create qualified leads, partnerships, and incremental sales.
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison across store, regional, field, and Headquarters teams to align planning and execution of new store locations and remodel openings events and outreach.
  • Support new stores and remodel locations by coaching store and field leaders on outreach strategy, event readiness, customer experience, partner engagement, and execution standards.
  • Identify and prioritize community partners, outreach opportunities, and engagement cadence by market, store, and business need advising store leaders on partnership selection to increase awareness, participation, engagement, and community connection.
  • Create and maintain templates, scalable tools and resources to support consistent, locally relevant execution across new store openings, repositions and remodels that help stores sustain outreach events.
  • Ensure outreach and event activities comply with company policies, brand standards, budget requirements, and legal and safety guidelines, while providing clear, solution-oriented updates on progress, risks, and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing, revenue-generating, or account management role in retail management, hospitality, and event sales.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing retail, community engagement events, preferably across multiple locations or markets.
  • A relationship-first approach and the ability to build trust with store leaders, community partners, vendors, and senior leaders.
  • Strong project management, organization, prioritization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to make clear asks and secure partner participation.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment while staying closely connected to field and Headquarter partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 25%
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools; experience with event planning, project management, CRM, or community engagement platforms is a plus.
  • A proven track record of building client relationships that translate into sustained, repeatable revenue not just one-time wins.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and obstacles and translate them into clear, actionable territory plans.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills — you can manage multiple active accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We encourage you to apply if you can meet most of the requirements and are comfortable opening a dialog to be considered.
