Weekend availability is required, and reliability is non-negotiable. Our team counts on one another, and our guests count on us.

This position is prodominately a Thursday to Sunday position. Candidate is required to work Fridays (1pm to 7pm) & Saturdays (11am to 7pm) weekly.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day looks a little different, but you can expect to:

• Create an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal Drybar regulars.
• Keep the front desk running smoothly by managing reservations, answering phones, updating guest profiles, and solving scheduling challenges.
• Support our stylists by helping the day flow efficiently behind the scenes.
• Keep the shop beautiful by restocking products, organizing retail displays, maintaining cleanliness, and completing daily side work.
• Be a team player who jumps in wherever needed because everyone succeeds together.

 

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the technical stuff.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability required — Fridays and Saturdays. Your schedule will be set with a approximately 15 to 18 hours per week.
• Must be 18+.
