Role Overview:
Training development administration, coordination, and support for training activities
New hire orientation
On-the-job training
Technical Training and LMS coordination
Work-Study Diploma administration
Work with HRM, liaise with external parties and internal stakeholders to ensure proper administration and records of Work-Study Diploma (WSD).
Maintain and update training records for all training activities
Focal point for all training related requisitions and payment.
Identifying key skillset by level and function to develop structured training needs and gap analysis.
Any other ad-hoc duties
Ideal candidate
A detail-oriented and proactive training professional who is strong in coordination, administration, and stakeholder management, with the ability to support training delivery, maintain accurate records, and drive structured training needs across the organization.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Training & Development, Engineering, Science, or a related field
Experience supporting new hire orientation, on-the-job training, and technical training administration
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training record management
Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR, and external parties
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environment
Knowledge of training-related requisition, invoicing, or payment coordination processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ad-hoc assignments independently
