Front Office Coordinator – Part-Time

ProActive Physical Therapy Centers is seeking a reliable, energetic, and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic. This is a part-time position (+/- 15 hours per week) ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate patient records and daily reports
- Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and staff
- Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time +/- 15 hours per week - afternoon/evening hours (approximately 2:00PM-6:00PM M-Th) with the option to add more hours as available.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong personal presence as this position is the "first face" of the clinic
- Previous medical front office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Spanish-English bilingual a PLUS
