Key Responsabilities

• Support the Facility manager in the implementation of FM operations, real estate project 
• Develop and implement innovative FM programs and processes and working closely with the Facility Management team and the Client 
• Supervise Audits and KPI - reports to the parties /FM
• Assist FM with finance and reportings
• Coordinate FM service
• Reports near misses and good catches
• Use Client's tools - ticketing system and payment systems

Job Requirements

• Fluent in French and proficient in English
• Degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or related field
• Strong organizational skills 
• Strong interpersonal and comunication skills 
• Strong presentation skills 
• Proficient in MS Office, and MS SharePoint
