Our scientists are investigating ways to modulate tumor necrosis factor-like ligand 1A (TL1A) to potentially address inflammation and fibrosis associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic condition affecting the digestive tract and nearly three million people in the U.S., with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis representing the most common forms and often causing unpredictable physical, emotional, and social burden.
We are currently recruiting the Associate Director (AD), UC HCP Strategy. This marketer will play a defining role in launching our new advanced therapy for Ulcerative Colitis, in a highly competitive space. This role is highly visible and requires a strategic, urgent, and collaborative leader who can navigate ambiguity, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and align cross-functional partners to execute a flawless launch. You will report directly to the Director of UC Marketing and work closely with global and cross-functional teams to establish our leadership in the Immunology space.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Day 1 “Now Approved” Materials & Launch Campaign:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the strategic design, development, and end-to-end execution with the AoR and Customer Agile Team of our "Day 1" launch campaign to ensure immediate market impact upon regulatory approval.
Message Optimization: Ensure all Day 1 messaging is highly differentiated, competitively positioned and tailored to key HCP segments.
Regulatory Compliance: Direct the review and approval process of all promotional assets through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory Review Team, and compliance.
Develop Differentiated Strategies for HCP Segments:
Stakeholder Expansion: Design and implement a dedicated, comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to each HCP Segment.
Educational Engagement: Develop educational and promotional resources.
Live Meetings Strategic Design & Execution:
Direct the strategic planning, messaging design, and partner on the execution of Live Meetings for our customer-facing teams
Partner with Field Strategy & Execution team to incorporate field insights into strategy and resource development
Partner with the Scientific Strategy Teams on planning, strategy and content for Congress & Educational events for all major national and regional live medical congresses, advisory boards, product theaters, etc.
Liaise with the Consumer Strategy Team:
Partner with the Consumer Strategy Team: Provide HCP perspective on consumer activation initiatives and launch execution.
Ensure tight alignment between HCP and HCC at launch and beyond.
Key Competencies & Focus Areas:
Strategic Thinking & Foundational Positioning: Ability to build an HCP strategy utilizing deep market insights and competitive analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated capability to align stakeholders, including Global Marketing, Consumer Strategy Team, Scientific Strategy Team and Digital, Health & Analytics team.
Prioritization Under Pressure: Proven ability to manage executive scrutiny, tight launch timelines, and complex prioritizations
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience in HCP promotional marketing, brand strategy development, and tactical execution.
Proven track record of successful cross-functional project management and team leadership.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and operational management skills.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Experience launching a pharmaceutical product in a highly competitive or crowded therapeutic market.
Direct experience in Gastroenterology, Immunology, or Specialty Biologics.
MBA or advanced degree.
This is a hybrid role based in Upper Gwynedd, PA, with an expectation of working on-site three days per week.

The salary range for this role is
$142,400.00 - $224,100.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
