The Role
The Channel Partnership Enablement (CPE) team is responsible for the end-to-end enablement, processes and tools across the entire sales cycle from lead to billing.

This highly visible Director, Channel Partnership Enablement role will be critical to advancing the team’s priorities through close collaboration with stakeholders across the company. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to lead a small but growing team while gaining exposure to a broad set of functions, including Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations. The role will report to the VP, Channel Partnership Enablement.

Responsibilities will vary based on the most pressing business needs and may include:
End-to-end enablement, processes and tools
• Engage with Partnerships sales teams to understand business needs and define required updates to sales processes and tools.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and scale sales enablement processes across regions and partnership models.
• Partner with Technology and Operations teams to enhance tools, workflows and reporting capabilities that improve visibility across the sales cycle.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks and training materials to support consistent execution by sales and account management teams.
• Monitor process adoption and gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve enablement tools and operating procedures.
• Support Partnership Account Managers with requests related to end-to-end sales, implementation and operational processes.
• Work with cross-functional partners, including Product, Legal and Billing, to support, drive and implement pricing and billing optimization initiatives as needed.

Strategic Initiatives/Other
• Participate in and collaborate on strategic projects initiated by Global or regional leadership.
• Lead ad hoc projects and requests that support evolving business priorities.

• Confident and comfortable engaging executives and presenting with clarity and conviction.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI and SQL.
• Intellectually curious, creative and analytical, with strong data proficiency; knowledge of Mastercard data sources, including Warehouse and Incentives, is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
