· Organize, classify, maintain, and archive project documentation, ensuring that documents are properly filed, updated, and easily accessible.

· Maintain project document registers and trackers, ensuring that document status, revisions, submissions, reviews, and approvals are accurately recorded.

· Monitor documentation flows and deadlines, identifying missing, delayed, or outstanding documents and following up with the relevant stakeholders.

· Ensure the correct and timely distribution of project documentation to the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

· Track pending actions, deliverables, and documentation requests and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

· Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and key milestones, helping identify potential delays, deviations, or issues requiring attention.

· Assist in identifying documentation gaps or issues that may affect project execution, promptly flagging them to the Project Manager.

· Prepare and maintain project status trackers, action lists, meeting minutes, and other project management documentation.

· Participate in project and construction meetings, when required, and follow up on agreed actions and related documentation.

· Collaborate with Clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure an efficient and timely exchange of information.

· Occasionally participate in site visits to projects under construction, gaining practical exposure to construction activities and project execution.

· Provide additional technical and organizational support to the Engineering & Construction team as required.
