Senior Manager/Manager, Conservation (Estate Management) - Pulau Ubin

[What the role is]

You will be part of the team based at Pulau Ubin that manages the routine and cyclical maintenance programme and development projects for infrastructure and services on the island.

[What you will be working on]

Your job involves coordinating with professional consultants, contractors, various authorities and key stakeholders in the implementation of development projects and maintenance programmes including budgeting and scheduling. You are required to provide sound solutioning to manage challenges arising from the maintenance of infrastructure and services on the island. As part of your work, you will also conduct public engagement, outreach programmes and organize community involvement programmes.

[What we are looking for]

• Areas of studies in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Building and Project Management, Engineering or other relevant discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Facilities or Building Management will be an advantage

• Conversant with current Codes of Practice, requirements of regulatory authorities and building regulations

• Possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication, management and organization skills

• Able to work in team environment, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work after office hours and during weekends and public holidays when required

• Has a keen interest in nature and working outdoors
