2 Brothers Moving & Delivery is hiring Movers to join our fast-growing, top-rated team. This is a hands-on, physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with a team, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done.
You’ll support residential and commercial moves, ensuring customers’ belongings are handled safely and efficiently. No two days are the same, every move is an opportunity to deliver a great experience.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $19.50/hr
- Tips: Average ~$4/hr in cash tips
- Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based incentives
- Free on-site gym access
Key Responsibilities
- Load, carry, and unload furniture and household goods (up to 75 lbs)
- (Driver roles) Safely operate box trucks between job sites
- Pack, wrap, and protect items to prevent damage
- Going above and beyond to meet or beat client expectations
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols
- Work closely with your team to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites or dispatch location
- Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in moving, warehouse, construction, or other physical roles
