Client Services Manager – Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our West Chester, PA office.
Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your career in healthcare while making a meaningful impact on clients, families, and field employees? As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, managing a caseload, building community relationships, and supporting the growth of the office.
What You'll Do

Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.

Manage and proactively grow an assigned caseload.

Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.

Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care.

Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.

Develop strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.

Monitor key business and operational metrics.

Support the overall growth and success of the West Chester office.
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Prior medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility.

Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
