Job Description:
The Senior User Specialist participates in the implementation and maintenance of customer set-ups to support core solutions and meet the needs of customers, vendors, and the company. This position supports multiple systems and applications. He/She supports the implementation of projects and Initiatives throughout the development life cycles. This position maintains and increases knowledge of UPS product offerings. He/She communicates solutions verbally and through documentation.
Requirements
- Experience developing web applications using C# and Visual Studio.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced English
