Nightwing is seeking a Mid-Level GEOINT Geospatial Analyst to support a federal government customer and critical national security missions.

The selected candidate will apply geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), tactical intelligence analysis, and full-motion video (FMV) exploitation expertise to support operational requirements. The analyst will leverage A-ISR systems, motion imagery, geospatial tools, and intelligence platforms to analyze information and produce accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence.

This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tactical intelligence and GEOINT analysis in support of federal government missions.

  • Perform operational Full-Motion Video (FMV) analysis and exploitation.

  • Analyze motion imagery and geospatial information to identify, track, and characterize relevant activities and targets.

  • Utilize geospatial and imagery-analysis tools to support intelligence production.

  • Apply knowledge of A-ISR systems and programs to support mission requirements.

  • Utilize Google Earth, Motion Imagery PED software, and Microsoft Office applications in daily analytical activities.

  • Operate applicable intelligence systems and software to support collection, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination.

  • Produce accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence products for government customers and mission partners.

  • Support intelligence operations involving U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force manned and unmanned A-ISR systems.

  • Collaborate with other intelligence analysts and operational personnel in a mission-focused environment.

  • Brief and communicate analytical findings clearly to government and mission stakeholders.

  • Maintain awareness of intelligence priorities, operational requirements, and applicable analytic standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Current DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Minimum 1 year of tactical intelligence analysis experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of A-ISR FMV systems and programs experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of operational experience as an FMV analyst.

  • Proficiency with:

    • Microsoft Office

    • Google Earth

    • Motion Imagery PED software

  • Experience with at least two of the following systems or software:

    • AIDE

    • DCGS-A

    • MIRC

    • PIDGIN

    • GETS

    • AIMES

    • NGDS

    • GSR

    • CEDALION

    • UVDS

    • OMAR

    • TLV

    • UNICORN

    • PRISM

  • Familiarity with U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force manned and unmanned A-ISR systems.

Education & Experience Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following combinations:

Option 1

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of current A-ISR FMV experience within the past 3 years.

Option 2

  • Associate’s degree and 4 years of current A-ISR FMV experience within the past 3 years.

Option 3

  • High school diploma and 6 years of current A-ISR FMV experience within the past 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoD or federal intelligence missions.

  • Experience producing GEOINT or FMV-derived intelligence products.

  • Strong understanding of tactical intelligence analysis and operational intelligence workflows.

  • Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines and mission systems.

  • Familiarity with geospatial intelligence concepts, methodologies, and analytic tradecraft.

  • Experience operating in a high-tempo, mission-focused environment.

  • Strong written, verbal, briefing, and analytical communication skills.

  • Ability to independently manage assigned analytical tasks while collaborating effectively with a broader intelligence team.
