Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology solutions include atomic force microscopy instrumentation (AFM) and non-contact nanometer resolution solution topography through white light interferometry and stylus profilometry. In addition, the division manufacturers and markets automated X-ray metrology, automated AFM defect-detection and photomask repair and cleaning equipment for semiconductor process control.

Responsibilities

The Service Administrator will provide in-country support to our local Service Team.  Interact with overseas Business Units in USA, Israel, UK and other locations.  Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Quotation/PO Tracking for service events, parts and labor
• Order and parts sales
• Logistic: International and domestic parts shipping arrangement; bridge between warehouse, Taiwan Service Team and customers
• Tracking account receivables for Service Contracts and billable revenues.
• Develop skill to become the SAP database and process compliance team leader.
• Summarize FSR for service contract tools
• Customer meeting booking
• Arrange accommodations/transportation for visitors
• Handle local purchasing for Bruker Taiwan office 
• Summarize Taiwan Service utilization report
• Radiation monitoring badge management
• Office supplies purchasing related to Service 
• Arrange radiation training for X-ray work relevant employees

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

 

Knowledge:                                                                                                                                                 

• Experience with MS Office is a must, advanced knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is required

Skill:                                                                                                                                                                

• Fluent communications in spoken and written in English. 
• Excellent communication skills. To communicate with customers, management, and peers in both English and Chinese.

Educational:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with preference to Business Administration.

Experience:                                                                                                           

• Minimum 1 year logistics experience with high tech instrumentation
• Logistics accreditations and certification in Supply Chain Management and Detailed Scheduling and Planning preferred.
• Experience with FedEx or UPS logistics management desirable.
• Business awareness of global capital equipment / instrumentation service support with ability to work under pressure and time constraints.                                        
• Must work well with others in a fast paced team environment.
