Job Description Summary:
- Coordinate daily operational priorities tied to McDonald’s and assigned Foodservice customers, ensuring alignment with internal teams and vendor partners.
- Manage account maintenance activities, including new account setup, ownership updates, closures, and data accuracy across multiple systems.
- Support execution of customer-specific initiatives such as equipment installations, removals, replacements, line runs, and service-related projects.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Operations, Service Operations, Field Operations, Technical Teams, and vendor partners to ensure timely execution and customer readiness.
- Maintain accuracy of operational and account data in platforms such as SAP, SharePoint, Quick Base, and OPS tools to ensure integrity of reporting, billing, and project management.
- Manage QMC support activities including reporting, scheduling, and follow-through to address maintenance risks and service needs.
- Generate reporting and provide visibility into project timelines, operational priorities, and recurring issues to aid stakeholder decision-making.
- Identify workflow gaps, recurring execution risks, and friction points and recommend process improvements that enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with field teams to evaluate recurring customer issues, identify high-incidence locations, and develop actionable solutions for sustained improvement.
- Coordinate timely resolution of operational issues by mobilizing the appropriate teams, escalating as necessary, and ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Assist with customer and internal communications related to project updates, timelines, and operational actions to maintain transparency and alignment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years in project management, operations coordination, sales support, or customer operations roles within fast-paced, service-driven environments.
- Experience coordinating multiple workflows simultaneously and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail for data accuracy and process execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to confidently engage customers, internal teams, and vendors.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities to identify root causes, align resources, and implement resolutions quickly.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with data reporting and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and operational platforms such as SAP, SharePoint, Quick Base, and OPS tools is highly desirable.
- Data literacy and ability to interpret operational reporting to support visibility and proactive decision-making.
- Project Coordination & Execution: Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Operational & Data Accuracy: Skilled in maintaining data integrity across systems to support billing and operational reporting.
- Process Improvement Mindset: Identifies efficiency gaps and recommends solutions to enhance workflow reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks including customers, bottlers, vendors, and internal partners.

- Technical Fluency: Comfort working within enterprise platforms (SAP, Quick Base, SharePoint) and utilizing data analytics for operational insights.
