This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.

What You’ll Get To Do:
• Support a fast-paced, high-profile, program; create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers
• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
• Conduct security education classes and security audits
• Assist with Media Issuance, Accountability, and Destruction or serve as a Data Transfer Agent
• Receive, process, distribute, and control classified documentation (hard copy and electronic media) entering or leaving the facility
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues
• Submit, review, and verify Visit Requests through queries to government security databases and systems
• Support classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4) and the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures
• Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidance
• Assist program managers and professional staff in the interpretation, application, and compliance of the program Security Classification Guides (SCG)
You’ll Bring These Qualifications for Industrial Security Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience, or Master's with 0 years of related experience (an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree)
You’ll Bring These Qualifications for Principal Industrial Security Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master's with 3 years of related experience, or 1 year with a PhD (an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree)
You’ll Bring These Qualifications for both:
Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets
Excellent writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communications
Organized and efficient at time management
Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products experience
Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company to meet its business need
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company to meet its business need
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMs)
Experience with SLOPACS and DISS
Prior Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) Experience
Experience leading small teams
Experience with SAP inspections and a record of Satisfactory compliance ratings
Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Department of Defense (DoD) Manuals (to include DoDM 5205.07 Special Access Program Security Manual), and/or the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
