How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead as main contact for vendor management and issue resolution.
- Lead check run activities and auditing to meet weekly deliverable deadlines.
- Assist business finance teams with inquiries and payment status questions as needed.
- Enter checks into the general ledger in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain organized accounts payable records and file records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Matche invoices to checks prior to signing and ensure each check has appropriate support.
- Lead or support annual 1099 reporting and auditing.
Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable.
- Advanced analytical and investigation skills.
- Advanced industry and accounting program knowledge.
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
