About the Role
Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP MM/Procurement Team Member (CL8) to support the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA Procurement solutions. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, configure, test, deploy, and stabilize procurement processes that enable efficient purchasing operations, compliance, and business value realization.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA MM Procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, quotations, contracts, goods receipt, invoice verification, and procurement reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, validate process designs, and align solutions with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Prepare and review functional design documents, configuration documentation, test scripts, training materials, and deployment deliverables.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, regression testing, and cutover validation activities.
• Support integration across Finance, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, Budget Control, Project Systems, Workflow, and Reporting processes.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and business readiness activities to support successful solution adoption.
• Assist with deployment planning, cutover preparation, data validation, hypercare support, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and coordinate with technical teams on procurement-related enhancements and defect resolution, including RICEFW objects.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM Procurement, with deep expertise in SAP Purchasing (MM-PO).
• Proven experience configuring and supporting end-to-end procurement processes within SAP environments.
• Good understanding of integration with Finance, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, Budget Control, Workflow, and Reporting.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and application support activities.
• Ability to create and review functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training guides, and support documentation.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
