RIS SAP Solution Architect Manager

Demand We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architecture Manager to support enterprise transformation and solution-shaping initiatives. The demand is aligned to the Americas market, EMEA geography, and India domicile, and is planned for FY27 Q1. The successful candidate will combine SAP supply chain expertise with consulting, solution advisory, stakeholder management, and business development skills across the Plan, Fulfill, Aftersales portfolio. The Work Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP-enabled supply chain opportunities across planning, fulfillment, logistics, order management, and aftersales processes. Partner with client account teams, sales leadership, delivery teams, and subject-matter experts to qualify opportunities, define solution scope, and shape compelling value propositions. Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business priorities, pain points, and requirements into scalable SAP-enabled solution components. Develop solution narratives, target architectures, transformation roadmaps, business cases, estimates, staffing inputs, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and implementation approaches. Coordinate functional, technical, data, integration, cloud, security, and industry contributors to create one coherent and deliverable solution. Present solution strategies, recommendations, and business value to senior client and internal stakeholders. Support architecture, quality, and commercial reviews to ensure proposed solutions are differentiated, feasible, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards. Provide continuity from sales to delivery by maintaining solution integrity and supporting mobilization and early execution. Contribute reusable assets, accelerators, case studies, offering materials, and pursuit lessons learned while mentoring solution team members. Here's What You Need Extensive experience in SAP consulting, delivery, solution architecture, and supply chain transformation, with a combination of functional and technical understanding. Demonstrated experience shaping or leading complex, multi-workstream SAP pursuits or transformation programs from discovery through solution approval and transition to delivery. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes across planning, fulfillment, logistics, order management, and aftersales or service operations. Experience defining SAP S/4HANA-centered architectures and integrating SAP capabilities with enterprise data, cloud, analytics, automation, and adjacent platforms. Ability to create executive-ready solution narratives, architecture views, estimates, implementation roadmaps, assumptions, risks, and governance models. Proven client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and commercial problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating across markets, business groups, delivery organizations, ecosystem partners, and distributed teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Bonus Points If Relevant SAP certifications in supply chain, S/4HANA, architecture, integration, data, or cloud capabilities. Experience with digital supply chain, intelligent operations, process mining, advanced analytics, automation, or generative AI use cases. Industry experience in consumer goods, retail, life sciences, industrial, automotive, resources, or other supply chain-intensive sectors. Experience supporting strategic pursuits, proposal development, client orals, and executive-level solution reviews. Travel / Shift / Work Timing Requirement The role is aligned to the Americas market, EMEA geography, and India domicile. Flexibility to collaborate across relevant business hours and travel to client or Accenture locations may be required based on pursuit and project needs. Business Justification High volume pipeline (16 India-based and 14 US-based SAs) with 94% recoverability, requiring attrition coverage.
