Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

Shift Hours: Start time between 11:00am and 3:00pm, depending on department needs. 8-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports end-to-end customer operations processes including order management, service fulfillment, issue resolution, and customer communication to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Monitors operational performance metrics including service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times, error rates, and customer satisfaction scores to identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Serves as primary operational contact for customer inquiries, service escalations, and process-related questions, providing expert guidance and coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve resolution.
• Analyzes customer operations data, service trends, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities, develop recommendations, and support implementation of operational enhancements.
• Maintains operational documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process workflows, service guidelines, and knowledge resources to ensure consistency and support operational excellence.
• Collaborates with internal teams including sales, product, technology, and support functions to align operational processes with customer needs, service commitments, and business objectives.
• Coordinates customer operations initiatives including process redesign, system implementations, quality assurance programs, and automation efforts that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  Associate's degree in business administration, operations, customer service management, or a related field preferred.

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in customer operations, service operations, operations coordination, or a related field required.

• Certification in customer service, customer experience, or operations management preferred.
