The work:
- Craft clear, compelling and strategic copy that resonates with the target audiences
- Brings proactive innovation and creativity and to email and scripted phone channels
- Ensures alignment with campaign brief and client direction in partnership with strategists, visual designer and tech team
- Develop guided scripts and training materials for call center agents with guidance from strategy and change management teams
- Work with strategists to develop creative tests for email copy and agent scripts, integrating lessons learned in the future campaigns
- Incorporate feedback from client and legal reviews to ensure final approved assets
- Maintain and evolve voice and tone according to brand guide
- Conduct creative QA to ensure that creative assets meet objectives and brand standards
- Integrate AI into the drafting and proofing process to improve efficiency and accuracy
Here’s what you need:
- 2-5 years experience in copywriting for email (preferred) or social campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and own copywriting deliverables
- Experience working in Figma
- Some experience presenting to clients preferred but not required
- Must provide a writing sample
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$74,300—$147,900 USD
