Content Moderator (Polish Speaker) – E-commerce Trust & Safety

We are seeking a detail-oriented, culturally aware Polish-speaking Content Moderator to join our Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of an internationally recognized e-commerce platform, ensuring that product listings and community content remain compliant, safe, and of the highest quality.

Position Overview

• Role: Content Moderator (Polish Market)
• Industry: E-commerce / Trust & Safety / Digital Media
• Language Requirements: Polish (C1/C2 Native-level) + English (B2)
• Schedule: 24/7 Rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 consecutive rotative days off per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €920 / month (gross)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day (~€160+ net/month)
• Complexity Bonus: €70 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Review & Moderate: Review products, services, user reviews, and multimedia content uploaded to the e-commerce platform against established policy guidelines and local market regulations.
• Maintain Quality & SLA: Deliver high-quality, objective, and timely decisions within agreed latency Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure full legal/regulatory compliance and user safety across the platform, adapting quickly to evolving policies.
• Issue Escalation: Identify emerging trends, suspicious behavior, or complex compliance cases and escalate them in accordance with operating protocols.
• Market Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of Polish cultural nuances, slang, and e-commerce shopping behaviors to validate listings accurately.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills:
  • Polish: C1 or C2 (near-native/native proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension).
  • English: B2 (intermediate/independent user for training, internal tools, and escalations).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and objective, rational decision-making abilities.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with rotative shifts (including nights and weekends) and handling fluctuating queue volumes during peak retail seasons.
• E-commerce Affinity: Familiarity with online shopping ecosystems, product categories, and digital consumer trends.
• Professional Resilience: Sound judgment, personal integrity, and emotional maturity when handling sensitive or non-compliant digital content.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to self-manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
