You'll have the opportunity to build self-service insight products, influence senior leaders, shape our people data strategy, and drive the adoption of evidence-based decision making across a global business. You'll partner with leaders across People, Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Technology while helping us unlock the full value of our people data ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

🚀 Build Insight Products That Drive Action

• Design and develop self-service people analytics products, dashboards, and tools that empower leaders to make better decisions
• Transform complex workforce data into simple, actionable insights
• Create scalable solutions that reduce reliance on manual reporting
• Drive adoption through thoughtful, user-centred design and strong stakeholder engagement

📈 Drive Data-Informed Decision Making

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
• Leverage data to influence talent, engagement, organizational health, workforce planning, and performance outcomes
• Partner with leaders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytics solutions
• Champion a culture of evidence-based people decisions

🤖 Accelerate AI and Analytics Innovation

• Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern analytics platforms to improve efficiency and scalability
• Explore new ways to automate insight generation and delivery
• Support the evolution of Pax8's people data strategy and ecosystem
• Help shape how people data is democratized and accessed across the business

🌍 Partner Across a Global Organization

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, geographies, and cultures
• Support engagement survey programs and workforce insights initiatives
• Provide strategic recommendations that improve employee and business outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and subject matter experts

Success in this role means transforming how Pax8 leaders access and use people data. You'll create tools and experiences that move us beyond reporting toward proactive, insight-driven decision making.

Your work will help leaders identify challenges earlier, make better workforce decisions, improve the employee experience, and ultimately drive stronger business performance across a rapidly growing global organization.

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

• Proven experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, People Insights, HR Analytics, or a related discipline
• Strong commercial acumen and genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and create value
• Extensive experience translating stakeholder problems into scalable analytical solutions
• Demonstrated success building self-service dashboards, reporting products, or analytics tools
• Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms
• Experience working with employee engagement survey platforms such as Peakon, Qualtrics, or equivalent solutions
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and data interpretation skills
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making through insights
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a roadmap independently
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Confidence leveraging AI within analytics, automation, reporting, or product development workflows
• Familiarity with Workday or other HR technology platforms is highly beneficial
• Experience supporting global organizations and navigating cultural differences would be advantageous

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you'll become a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, deliver meaningful analytics products that are widely adopted, elevate how people insights are consumed across Pax8, and help establish a stronger culture of evidence-based decision making.

You'll be known not simply for delivering data, but for delivering solutions that people actively use.

Salary: depending on experience up to $150,000 USD

Our Denver office serves as a key collaboration hub within Pax8. Designed to encourage connection, creativity, and innovation, the office offers modern workspaces, collaborative environments, and opportunities to work alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams. While this role follows a hybrid working pattern, regular in-person collaboration is encouraged to help build relationships and accelerate impact.
