Role Overview 

As a part of Ecommerce Engineering team, we exist for wow customer experiences, world class service excellence and hyper growing revenue. To achieve this, we build scalable & extensible architecture to support fast business growth & expansion, we create high performance & resilient backend system to handle increasing customer requests and we setup stable & fault-tolerant mechanisms to guarantee the customer experience. Creating disruptive products & resilient platforms for customers with world-class talents and cutting-edge technology is our vision and our commitment to the company.

 

What You Will Do 

• Serve as a hands-on technical leader in security architecture, with deep expertise in distributed systems and open-source technologies. Design scalable, highly available systems with a strong focus on security.  
• Lead the design and optimization of security and risk control modules within core systems, including but not limited to traffic risk control platforms and anti-fraud systems.  
• Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to deeply understand business pain points, propose technical solutions, and drive mission-critical projects to completion.  
• Lead architecture reviews and drive engineering excellence to ensure system stability and security under high-concurrency scenarios.  
• Work cross-functionally with other tech teams to build platform-level security capabilities and enhance the organization’s overall risk detection and prevention systems.  

 

Basic Qualifications 

• Excellent communication skills, with English reading and writing abilities.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for engineering excellence and setting high technical standards in security architecture.  
• 5+ years of experience in software design and development, with a track record of building large-scale enterprise systems.  
• Solid understanding of distributed systems; hands-on experience in designing and developing platforms for traffic risk control, transaction fraud detection, or account security is highly preferred.  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive projects forward with efficiency.  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
