Why Work With Ampersand Therapy:

Ampersand Therapy is a small, therapist-owned company based in Western Washington. We were founded by professionals who have worked both directly in school districts and as contractors. Our mission is to create a supportive, ethical alternative to large staffing agencies — one where clinicians are empowered, respected, and mentored.

We value transparency, collaboration, and authenticity. Many of us still work directly in schools alongside our team. We are deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of students and the professionals who serve them.

Our Core Values:

• Equity: We are committed to creating an inclusive, equitable work environment. We support organizations like The Conscious Kid and provide anti-discrimination resources to our team.
• Community: We actively volunteer and support local organizations such as Special Olympics, Project Canine, and The Moth.
• Sustainability: We reduce waste through digital systems, eco-conscious practices, and a pledge to maintain a negative carbon footprint.

If you're a reliable and compassionate BCBA who wants to make a difference in a school-based setting, we'd love to hear from you.
