JOB SUMMARY for Server

Are you an experienced Server looking to join a successful restaurant and grow your career? Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is seeking a Server to join the AC Marriott team. This role will be responsible for maintaining positive guest interactions while providing guests the highest quality of service in a friendly and efficient manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Banquet Captain

• Supervise and lead banquet staff during events.
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions.
• Ensure high-quality guest service and resolve any issues.
• Coordinate with management, kitchen, and event teams.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and compliance with safety and alcohol regulations.
• Assist with staff training and performance guidance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Banquet Captain

• Must maintain a valid state-required ServSafe Food Handler certification or obtain one upon hire; reimbursement provided with proof.
• Must be able to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to guests, and other team members.
