Inside Sales Representative

Duties & Responsibilities:

As an Internal Sales Representative at Viavi Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for providing coordinated support to our Field Sales team. You'll actively engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and showcase Viavi's innovative solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to successful closure.

What you'll do:

* Manage and nurture customer relationships to identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities for Viavi products and services.
* Collaborate closely with the field sales teams to support on administrative tasks
* Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts to customers.
* Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Viavi's product roadmap.
* Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

What you bring:

* Some experience in a customer facing role (retail, call centre, marketing etc)

* People orientated with good communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
* Good presentation skills (both written and verbal).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Experience of MS packages and/or CRM system
* Interest in Avionics, Electronics, GPS systems or how technology works
