Are you a results-driven agricultural leader ready to take ownership of a territory and drive its next stage of growth?
We’re seeking a dynamic Zone Director to lead commercial strategy, expand market presence, develop high-performing sales teams, and drive profitable growth across a U.S. territory.

What You’ll Do
- Drive growth: Build and execute commercial strategies to expand market share and distribution networks.
- Lead people: Develop and inspire Regional Managers and commercial teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Own the results: Manage territory P&L, budgets, sales performance, margins, and profitability.
- Build relationships: Strengthen distributor partnerships and connect with key agricultural customers.
- Shape the future: Identify new opportunities, improve performance, and build a foundation for long-term success.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of commercial leadership or business management experience.
- Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management skills.
- Experience leading and growing B2B sales teams.
- Knowledge of U.S. agriculture and major crop and/or livestock markets.
- A proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive business growth.
- An entrepreneurial, strategic, hands-on leadership style with a strong results focus.
A degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
