What You Will Work On
Leading the internal audit function means setting the tone for strong controls, thoughtful risk management, and meaningful collaboration across the organization. This role owns the SOX program, guiding planning, execution, and oversight to ensure compliance and clarity in reporting. Each audit cycle gives you opportunities to deepen your understanding of the business, refine processes, and influence corrective actions.
Beyond SOX, the work includes overseeing operational audits, supporting new system implementations, and contributing to strategic initiatives like ERM and ESG. You'll help shape audit plans, coach team members, and manage the full lifecycle of engagements from planning to reporting. The pace is dynamic, and your leadership helps drive consistency, quality, and efficiency in every project.
