In this role you will be working as a Production Supervisor for a client in the cable manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for for supervision 13-20 people, lead and direct daily production activities, meet deadlines, schedule employees and projects, ensure quality requirements are met, and help with improving workflows and efficiencies.
This is a temp to possible perm role that must be performed on-site. Hours are from 6:30 to 5:00 Monday through Thursday and off Fridays.
The pay on this role is $25-$30 an hour.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of production supervising experience
- Can come from any production industry background
- Must be ok with working 4- 10 hour days
- Must have experience with leading and directing a production for of 13 or greater employees
- Must be able to update production schedules daily
- Ability to monitor workflow and production output to meet requirements
- Must be able to use Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP Systems
