Our full-service menu is prepared fresh in-house, and our kitchen team plays a big part in making Field Day a place guests love to visit.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station for service
• Complete food prep and keep ingredients ready throughout your shift
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining food quality and consistency
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Keep your station and kitchen areas clean and organized
• Communicate and work closely with kitchen leadership and teammates
• Help wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Enjoys cooking and takes pride in preparing quality food
• Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
