Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an ambitious Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient Internal Medicine & Senior Care Clinic.

The Opportunity:

The FHP Internal Medicine & Senior Care Clinic is home to an experienced team of providers who offer a range of services, from preventive care to diagnosing and managing chronic or complex conditions. Looking ahead, the clinic will build on its established multidisciplinary care team model with a planned move to new clinic space on the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital campus in mid-2027. This expansion will support coordinated, patient-centered care and provide an opportunity to help shape the future of primary care in our community.

  • Compensation: Starting at a base of $147,112, compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign-on bonus.
  • Schedule:  M-F 40 hours per week. 7 weeks ATO, 2 weeks CME.
  • Patient Panel: Diverse acuities and populations.
