Operation Excellence Lead

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Lead operations Excellence based in Pune. You’ll be driving the organization towards World class manufacturing by driving improvement initiative towards productivity and cost reduction. Designing PQSDCM Dashboard and improving upon it every Quarter.

What you’ll do as Lead operations Excellence:

• Develop and execute the organization's Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Establish standardized processes, governance, and performance management systems.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and problem-solving initiatives.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Improve labour productivity, asset utilization, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Lead projects focused on reducing operational expenses while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve process capability.
• Lead organizational change management efforts associated with transformation projects.
• Support Industry 4.0, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to improve operational decision-making.

You are:

• B.E (Mechanical) + MBA Preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Proven experience leading operational excellence and transformation programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong manufacturing and supply chain understanding preferred.
