Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement, and efficient resource allocation.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor financial risks, cash flow, and business performance.
• Lead, develop, and mentor finance and accounting teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is an advantage, particularly for accounting and controllership roles.
• Extensive experience in finance leadership, financial planning, controllership, accounting, or cost management.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business strategy.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Work Arrangement:

• Onsite in Mandaluyong City
• Monday to Friday schedule
