As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist guests and staff with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, amenities, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents and completing required reports.
• Assist with maintaining a welcoming environment for guests while communicating professionally with hotel or resort personnel and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
