Description

Role Summary

Nuuly is looking for a Digital Merchandising Temp to support the day-to-day execution of Nuuly's rental site experience. You will work alongside the  Digital Merchandising team  to keep the site accurate, fresh, and easy to browse and box, from building curations and auditing product data to tracking performance and preparing for site flips. This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone eager to learn how data, fashion, and customer behavior come together in e-commerce, and how a subscription rental model changes the way we merchandise.

Role Responsibilities

Curation and Content Execution:

Build and update attribute-driven and editorial curations, trend shops, and gateway pages in the CMS under the direction of the Associate Digital Merchandiser. Help keep site content current with seasonal and trend priorities.

Catalog and Attribute Quality:

Audit product attributes, filters, and category assignments for accuracy and completeness. Flag and help resolve catalog issues, and support clean-up projects that improve filtering and search.

Site QA and Launch Support:

Run regular QA checks across rental pages, navigation, and product pages. Support launch readiness ahead of major site flips and high-traffic events by checking links, curations, content, and product availability.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Support communication with Creative, Brand & Paid Marketing, CRM, Digital Product, and UX by compiling asset requests, tracking deliverables, and keeping project trackers up to date.

Process and Team Support:

Help organize team requests, documentation, and working files. Take on special projects and research, such as competitor and trend benchmarking, as priorities shift.

Role Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior internship, co-op, or relevant coursework or project experience in merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, fashion, or business. Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with a CMS, catalog tools, or web analytics is a plus but not required.
  • High Attention to Detail: High accuracy and strong organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication and a collaborative, proactive approach. Willing to ask questions, take feedback, and take initiative.
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest in or familiarity with subscription, rental, or resale models is a plus.
  • Fashion Point of View: Interest in women's apparel, trends, and how people shop online.
