Intern - Trade Marketing

Welcome to Haleon. We’re a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company putting everyday health in the hands of millions. In just three years since our launch, we’ve grown, evolved and are now entering an exciting new chapter – one filled with bold ambitions and enormous opportunity.

Our trusted portfolio of brands – including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum® – lead in resilient and growing categories. What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.

Now it’s time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. It puts our purpose – to deliver better everyday health with humanity – at the heart of everything we do. It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.

Ready to turn your curiosity into hands-on experience?

Join our Trade Marketing team for a six-month internship, where you’ll discover how in-store execution helps consumers find our products. You’ll build practical skills in store audits, data reporting, and performance analysis—and turn what you learn into insights that support better execution.

What you’ll do

• You’ll monitor product availability, assortment, shelf placement, share of shelf, pricing, and point-of-sale material (POSM) implementation.
• You’ll make sure the data you collect is accurate, complete, and submitted within agreed timelines.
• You’ll audit in-store displays against established PRIME execution guidelines and standards.
• You’ll bring store audit results together in structured databases, trackers, and reporting templates.
• You’ll work with the Trade Marketing team to analyse store execution performance and display compliance trends.

Why you?

We are looking for talents with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Undergraduate student or a fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Have a keen eye for detail and take care to collect accurate data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Google Sheets or other data reporting tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable visiting retail outlets and working in a field-based environment.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
