Kluczowe odpowiedzialności

• Analiza zapotrzebowania na materiały oraz zapewnienie ich dostępności do realizacji procesu produkcji.
• Opracowywanie strategii zakupowej dla kategorii zakupowych oraz optymalizacja kosztów zakupów w dedykowanych projektach oraz kategoriach zakupowych (zakupy bezpośrednie).
• Prowadzenie postępowań ofertowych.
• Selekcja, ocena, rozwój dostawców, przeprowadzanie audytów u dostawców.
• Budowanie i utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z dostawcami krajowymi i zagranicznymi.
• Negocjowanie warunków oraz przygotowywanie umów zakupowych.
• Koordynowanie i nadzorowanie dostaw materiałów.

Kluczowe oczekiwania

• Wykształcenie wyższe.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację.
• Doświadczenie w zakupach bezpośrednich w firmie produkcyjnej  (preferowana branża motoryzacyjna).
• Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne, negocjacyjne i analityczne.
• Samodzielność.
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole.
• Mile widziane doświadczenie w zakupach projektowych.
• Mile widziana znajomość SAP.
