MEN'S GRILL/LOCKERROOM BARTENDER

Description

Responsible for verifying age requirements, mixing drinks and pairing tastes.

Must know how to mix traditional and classic drinks and create cocktail lists.

Maintains a clean bar and clean bar supplies specifically in the Men's Grill/Lockerroom.

Keeps bar stocked.

Cuts fresh fruit and garnishes and discards any old fruit/garnishes.

Helps manage bar inventory when needed.

Processes member accounts/payments.

Requirements

• Must be male as this is in the men's lockerroom area.
• Must have basic bartending knowledge, i.e. knowing standard pour, different liquors, etc.
• Must be able to develop relationships with the membership.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate with MODs on member requests.
• Available to mainly work evening shifts, plus holidays, and weekends.
• Outgoing, upbeat personality with a willingness to learn is a must.
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to stand/walk for several hours, maintain composure in high stress situations, and efficiently manage workload.
• Schedule is flexible, can work around school schedules or other positions within reason.
