Position Summary:
As a Brand Activation Associate you will represent PGA TOUR Superstore at live events hosted at Mercedes Benz Stadium. These may include Falcons and Atlanta United Games, Home Depot Backyard activities and other special events. During events you will be responsible for running the Hole-in-One Golf Simulator, assisting guests, and providing a best-in-class experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and provide information about our stores.
- Run the simulator and provide guidance on how to use the equipment.
- Greet all guests and provide outstanding customer service.
- Explain how the Hole-in-One game works and answer questions.
- Project a professional image in all interactions with guests, corporate partners and fellow PGA TOUR Superstore associates.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Previous experience in customer service and working events preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Duties may fall on evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to be on your feet for 4+ hours at a time.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system
- Launch monitor experience preferred but not required. (FOREsight)
