You have solid professional experience in the luxury industry, with a deep passion and strong knowledge of the High Jewelry business. You combine a strategic, long-term mindset with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to seamlessly align and mobilize diverse partners. You are dedicated to training and developing team members while building trusting, sustainable relationships across the value chain. You possess the flexibility to travel as required for business needs. You master in English and Chinese; French is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
As the Regional Marketing Manager, High Jewelry, you will be reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, Asia Pacific. In this function you will:
1/ Regional Strategy & 360° Marketing Planning
Define the long-term and annual regional High Jewelry marketing strategy by aligning budgets, market trends, and activation plans. Build and orchestrate the 360° marketing plan across product launches, event activations, VM support, training, communication, and client strategy
Support Retail’s client strategy with marketing insights, product opportunities, and activation ideas while Retail remains accountable for client ownership and conversion.
2/ Product, Stock & Performance Management
Monitor High Jewelry performance by collection and market, collaborating with Retail and Client teams to consolidate 360° insights into clear opportunities, risks, and actionable plans.
Facilitate product assortment and stock allocation discussions using regional market insights, event requirements, and marketing rationale, while partnering with Retail to clarify commercial guidelines and SNR actions.
3/ Event Strategy & Orchestration
Establish clear event objectives, product focus, storytelling directions, and client strategies with relevant departments, while preparing Retail readiness through comprehensive product and manipulation training before key events.
Support event preparation, on-site product presentation, model show coordination, and post-event analysis, ensuring high-quality execution while Retail manages client selection, hospitality, presentation arrangements, and sales conversion.
4/ Regional Engagement Building
Lead the annual Regional High Jewelry Board with Regional Retail to define objectives and align on community-cultivating programs; partner with Regional Retail and Training to understand business needs and deliver Sales Associate development programs, while facilitating best-practice sharing across markets to strengthen product knowledge, confidence, and activation consistency.
5/ Team Development
Build a strategic marketing community and upskill teams in strategy, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Optimize Workflows & Efficiency: Introduce streamlined ways of working to reduce workload and reinforce collaboration with Retail and regional markets.
