About the Role
• Manage and play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment delivery by ensuring hiring activities are well-coordinated, accurate, and executed to a high professional standard. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, you will bring structure, discipline, and reliability to the recruitment process.• Manage multiple hiring processes independently, identify gaps early, and contribute to a consistently positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates.
Own interview logistics end-to-end, including calendars, interview materials, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates during interview stages, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Workday), including candidate status and interview outcomes.
Support job postings, offer documentation coordination, and pre-onboarding activities where required.
Ensure recruitment activities follow internal process, governance, and documentation standards.
Partner recruiters to improve recruitment coordination workflows and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
~ 4 or more years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, or HR operations.
Prior experience supporting an in-house Talent Acquisition team in a corporate or regulated environment is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and confidence in maintaining data accuracy across recruitment systems.
Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
Clear, confident communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when engaging candidates and stakeholders.
Structured, proactive, and comfortable challenging or clarifying when something does not look right.
