We're looking for a German-Speaking HR Administrator to join our HR team in South Africa. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the employee experience, supporting employees throughout their journey while ensuring our HR operations run efficiently and accurately. You'll work closely with colleagues across Payroll, Learning & Development, Benefits, and other business functions, making a real impact on both employees and the wider business.

What You'll Be Doing
As our HR Administrator, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional HR support by:
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and new hires, providing timely and professional support.
- Supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing HR administration.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records within HR systems and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Coordinating onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and employment documentation for new employees.
- Assisting with background screening, employment letters, and a variety of HR documentation.
- Working closely with Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Supporting managers with performance management administration and HR processes.
- Preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate people data to support business decision-making.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensuring HR processes remain compliant with company policies, employment legislation, and internal standards.
- Supporting the resolution of employee queries while helping foster a positive and collaborative workplace.

What You'll Bring
Experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar HR support role.
- Experience supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and HR administration.
- Experience maintaining confidential employee records using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience within a multinational or shared services environment is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- HR certification is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Ability to prepare reports, manage HR data, and ensure information accuracy.
- Working knowledge of HR administration processes and employment legislation.
Language Requirements
- Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential.
- Professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
