Join our LEGO Brand Retail team on the journey to reaching more kids & adults around the world with LEGO products and experiences!

As part of the Commercial Optimization & Strategic Planning, you will gain an understanding of our global branded retail business, with a particular focus our LEGO Branded Stores portfolio. You will play a central role in driving critical analysis of portfolio and store performance, shaping strategic recommendations, and helping execute high-impact priority projects across the business.

In this role, you will directly contribute to delivering our ambitious vision of making LEGO Branded Stores the pinnacle shopping and brand experience for shoppers and consumers around the world.

You will help strengthen and elevate the foundations that enable us to generate insights, identify opportunities, and turn learnings into action across our global store portfolio. Through this work, you will be a key contributor to improvement programs and global initiatives designed to enhance both the in-store experience and the financial performance of our stores worldwide.

As a part of the LEGO Retail organization, the Global Stores team drives the sales, operational processes, and in store strategy across regions, service & selling behaviors, compliance and process, communications, marketing communications and plays a pivotal role in our organization's commercial strategy.

Working alongside key collaborators and data owners, this role will play a key part in continuing to move to a more multidisciplinary set of data sources and a focus towards useful data-driven insights that drive business performance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and pilots from concept through execution, setting cases, measures and scalable recommendations.

• Shape portfolio management routines that support investment choices for the global LEGO Branded Stores estate.

• Deliver analyses with regional colleagues, surfacing opportunities across sales, margin, traffic and shopper experience.

• Connect retail data sources, synthesize learnings and recommend actions for like-for-like growth.

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience in retail, CPG, FMCG or consulting for consumer-facing businesses.

• Comfortable analyzing data, visualizing patterns and turning findings into leader-ready recommendations.

• Commercial judgment with confidence using systems and platforms that guide retail planning.

• Clear communicator who partners across teams and keeps several projects moving.

• SQL experience is a plus, with curiosity to keep improving data practices over time.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
