WAS DICH BEI UNS ERWARTET
Du bist verantwortlich für die Kontierung, Vorerfassung und Buchung von Rechnungen, die kaufmännische Rechnungsprüfung und -bearbeitung sowie die Dokumentation und Überwachung der Arbeitsprozesse
Du kümmerst Dich um die Abrechnung und Verbuchung von Reisekosten, die Durchführung von Zahlläufen sowie die Kontenpflege und Saldenabstimmung
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS und erstellst Statistiken sowie Auswertungen
Die Verantwortung der adäquaten Abbildung im unternehmensinternen ERP-System Infor M3 sowie die Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung im Finanzbereich liegen in Deiner Hand
Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Überwachung und Einhaltung der Finanz- und Buchhaltungsvorschriften, wirkst an Sonderprojekten mit und steuerst das Schnittstellenmanagement zu anderen Abteilungen innerhalb der RAILPOOL-Gruppe
Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres digitalen Rechnungseingangsprozesses sowie die Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und Optimierungspotenzialen entlang des gesamten Purchase-to-Pay-Prozesses gehören zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich
Du unterstützt die Einführung neuer digitaler Lösungen und Workflows und wirkst an Digitalisierungsprojekten mit, insbesondere im Bereich elektronischer Rechnungsverarbeitung, OCR-Technologien und Workflow-Systeme wie DocBits
WAS DU MITBRINGST
Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im betriebswirtschaftlichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
Du konntest bereits relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln
Eine analytische, strukturierte und termingerechte Arbeitsweise sowie eine Affinität zu IT-, Prozess- und Digitalisierungsthemen zeichnen Dich aus
Der sichere Umgang mit Excel sowie digitalen Anwendungen und Systemen ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung mit ERP-Anwendungen sowie digitalen Rechnungseingangs-, OCR- oder Workflow-Lösungen mit
Du überzeugst durch eine selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen zusammen
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
