Ferring+You
You will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of commercial, operational, and cross-functional activities. The role combines coordination, analysis, process improvement, and administrative support to help the company meet business goals while staying compliant with industry regulations.
Your day at Ferring
Visit key doctors, key hospitals, and, where necessary, health authorities to promote Ferring's products in accordance with the agreed marketing strategy and call frequency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Participate in scientific congresses and industry events as required by the Company.
Identify, develop, and manage key accounts, including proposing new key accounts and reviewing existing ones. Monitor prescribing habits, product perception, publications, and the influence of KOLs within the medical community.
Deliver accurate and timely product information, effectively communicate product positioning, address customer objections, and differentiate Ferring's products from competitors. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet key account needs and drive business growth.
Support the listing of new products, identify potential public tender opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives.
Proactively plan and execute territory activities, including clinical sessions, journal clubs, and educational meetings. Identify and invite KOLs as speakers or faculty members while ensuring activities are conducted within the approved budget.
Negotiate with key account stakeholders where appropriate regarding product purchases. Maintain accurate records of contracts, quotations, and customized purchasing agreements.
Record customer interactions, daily activities, and call reports in the CRM system while maintaining an up-to-date database of customer feedback and prescribing behaviour.
Submit accurate and timely expense claims in compliance with Company policies.
Manage the assigned territory budget and complete all required approval processes to support business activities and account growth.
Build relationships with nurses and allied healthcare professionals by providing product information, educational support, and in-service training to improve patient care and product adoption.
Behind our innovation…There’s you
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key accounts.
Experience in engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent relationship-building and key account management abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
Strong planning, organizational, and territory management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
